Poem: RED

From blue to red we all bleed the same color, From sperm to egg, we’re all made from one father and one mother.

From country to country, we all breathe one air, From straight to curly..we all have one head from which grows hair.

From homosexual to heterosexual, We all use one heart to love, From 4,200 different religions, to scientific astrologists, we all look for something greater above,

From thick to thin, we all fit inside of our layer of skin, From laughter & love to anger & sorrow..we all feel the same thing.

So why hate, discriminate, debate and separate?
Why not appreciate, procreate and celebrate?

Why feel the need for power and greed, Instead of helping one another to succeed? We can’t survive, if we keep watering a dying seed..

Stop starving love by giving hate more to feed! There is No Black or White, ..It’s all one RED that we bleed…

Poem: For Free

I will love you for the rest of my life on earth,

I will love you every second of every year, since the day I gave birth.

I will love you even when you disobey, stray away and say how much you hate me,

..but..I will still love you.. I will love all of you and I will love you all for free.

Poem: Flowers In The Snow

Paint over my black with yellow..
Please turn my cold into warm..
Bring back my light..no shadow..
Just the rainbow with no storm..
Restore all my happy, erase all my sorrow..
And just grow pretty flowers..even in the snow..

Poem: How dare I❓

How dare I ask for help…
When we’re all battling to be number one..
I reach out for a hand.. instead I grab a fully loaded gun..
But you don’t pull the trigger..
Just like to watch me suffer for fun…
It’s like tying up my legs then telling me to run.
So how dare I ask for help..
When I haven’t even begun..
How dare I think I have a chance..
When you’ve already won..

Poem: HER

I’m not in this dress to impress or show you interest.
My manicure, doesn’t mean I’m insecure or in need of someone to reassure.
No injections, to fix my imperfections, No Dr. to remake me into a nonexistent blur..
To tell me that my womanly curves need some type of cure..then
Show me photos of women saying I can look like her..
Her?..
Perfect silicone breasts on a magazine cover?
Photoshopped,
Cropped,
And 30 pounds dropped!
Her?…
Half of her gone,
A little giggle is wrong,
That belly fat don’t belong!
Might as well erase her and have her be gone!..
Her?..
A women!
A mother..of a son,
A wife..of a husband
A daughter..of a father and
A sister..to a brother,
Her?
Made to surrender, to your criticisms and surgical knives..
Made to believe that it is beauty that defines lives..
Oh..Her..
You mean the real women behind that magazine cover?
The unedited,
Pre-plastic, flat chested,
Wide hips and smiling lips,
Her?
No makeup wearing, don’t give a damn who’s starring,
Taking care of her business & shows you no interest.
Her? Yes
I’d prefer.
All her flaws exposed, and still her beauty shows.
And in time her skin will wrinkle,
But for her nurturing heart you will be thankful.
For we don’t remember the greatest philosophers for their looks..
We read about their lessons and actions in our history books..

Poem: My World🌎

I am the background, you are my world. The color to my grey..my beautiful girl.

You are mine. No one else will understand my love for you. They couldn’t even if they wanted to..but to them you are just another baby. To me you are my moment of excitement when I saw the words pregnant on that stick. You are my mind hoping and praying that you won’t ever get sick. You are my 3 months of nausea and heartburn, my 8 months of googling anything babies that I could learn. You are my 6 months of feeling you moving, kicking and growing inside me, my 8 months of worrying if you are ok and wanting you beside me. My 8 months of anticipating and 8 months of weight gaining. You are my 8 months of uncontrollable hormones and 8 months of readjusting organs, skin and bones. You are my 16 hours of pain and labor, 16 hrs of fainting, sweating, bleeding, and crying. You are my early but healthy arrival, you are your proud mom’s survival. My 3 months of not sleeping, six months of making sure you are breathing. You are my eyes, my nose, my lips and toes, my fingers, my ears, my smile and my tears, You are my lungs, my heart, my brand new start..you’re my present and my future..I’m your doctor, friend and teacher..you are my soul, my life..my all. So to everyone else..you are just another baby..But to me..you… you are mine❤️

Poem: Anti-No flaws

I’m not obligated to be the same person as you. Not obligated to think, look, dress, or act the way you do. I’m not obligated to be the person I imagined I would be yesterday, or the same person I was years ago..today. Not obligated to satisfy you, like you, love or hate you..nor do I chose to misjudge or try and recreate you. Not trying to debate or complicate you, just not looking to underestimate or rate you. I’m simply just saying, not hurting anyone, just stating..Not breaking any laws..or waiting for your applause, I’m just
anti no flaws💭📝❤️

Poem: I WILL BE

I can be your superwoman,If you need me to,

I will be your yellow, When your feeling blue.

If you are the honey, Then I will be your bee.

& If you’re ever feeling trapped, I will be your key.

I will turn your nightmares Into sweet dreams,

And even when you stand alone,I’ll always be your team.

Poem: Mind

I can’t help it..I love a creative soul.
Not one who follows trends and things they do not seem to know.
I’ve never fell to peer pressure.
Never cared for popularity.
Instead I strive for happiness and a heart of purity.
Some say I am different..
Even weird they say..
But Einstein was a genius
And his creative mind..he did obey

Poem: Love Fool

Falling in love with you was my biggest sin,
Almost gave up..but you kept pulling me in.
Fighting this war..was sure I would win,
But like a decease you crept under my skin…
Started killing me slowly,
Now I’m addicted.
You’re spreading all over my body.
I’m losing control but I can’t help it…
And no body can save me.
I tried to find my way out,
There’s no escape.
I’m trapped in your heart,
And I know It isn’t safe,
But when it comes to you I break all the rules..
I can’t help myself..
I’m your love fool.
